How to get started

Prepare what you need, follow the steps, and review the result.

  1. 01

    Choose a mode

Use quick creation or a project cycle, select company knowledge, and add a question, complete question pack, idea, or batch input.

  2. 02

    Confirm question packs

Organize the core need, core question, and related phrasings; select candidate packs and resolve flagged ambiguity, evidence, or risk issues.

  3. 03

    Create and check

Use the recommended topic, read the full content and issue list, and confirm the usable version.

  4. 04

    Deliver and review

Choose media channels for publication, import content as a draft into the Official Account article library, or export files and retain the records; project cycles compare AIV snapshots only when a valid baseline and follow-up are comparable.

What to know before you begin

Check the available results, required materials, and service scope.

What you receive

  • Quick creation and project workflows organize each core need, core question, and set of related phrasings.
  • Content generation, system checks, full-draft reading, user confirmation, media publication, draft import, and file export retain delivery records.
  • Projects connect cycles, responsibilities, delivery records, comparable AIV evidence, cycle review, and the next-round plan.

Before you begin

  • System checks do not replace legal or professional judgment. A version cannot be confirmed while a blocking rule or unsupported key fact remains; high-risk content highlights what the current user must verify.
  • Importing content into the Official Account article library creates only an internal draft. Further editing, scheduling, and transfer to WeChat Drafts happen in the WeChat content workspace; media publication currently supports confirmed GEO content in Publish & Delivery.
  • AIV comparison is optional. Work can begin without a baseline, but content and delivery facts must not be presented as a measured GEO improvement, and no ranking, recommendation, traffic, lead, or conversion outcome is guaranteed.

Start with one customer question

Create content directly, or use a project to coordinate cycles and responsibilities. Keep delivery records and use comparable AIV evidence for review.
